Thank you for visiting.  Please take a look at a new CyberTour technology that I now subscribe to.  In fact, I am the first Realtor west of the Mississippi to use it and believe it will enhance my internet marketing effectiveness tremendously, to the benefit of both buyers and sellers.

Realtors must proactively evaluate emerging trends and technologies in order to spend their marketing dollars wisely.  A recent study revealed that 84% of home buyers start their search on the internet, making it not only the most effective, but also the most cost effective advertising medium at our disposal.  Since Payson requires a significant commitment of both time and effort to visit, its Realtors must be even more effective in compelling them to do so, by stirring their emotions.  Pictures are, unquestionably, the best way to accomplish that.  Thankfully, Payson is one of the most photogenic places in the world.

We have long known that internet real estate shoppers use the internet as a tool to eliminate choices and save time, but now there are more properties to choose from than ever before.  Faced with huge inventories to sort through, prospective buyers will quickly bypass properties that don’t provide the information they demand, correctly assuming they are only a mouse click away from one that will.  If photography is poor or sparse, they simply move on to the next option.

I believe this strategy of combining floor plans drawn on-site with a heretofore unheard of number of quality photographs that clearly reveal what the floor plans cannot, is a key component in the future of real estate internet marketing strategies.  After viewing my CyberTours, I think you will agree that you have never seen homes more vividly displayed than has been accomplished here.  I would love to hear your thoughts, since it is by meeting your needs that I am able to serve.  If you are so inclined, please email me at Kim@KimRoss1.com and weigh in on the topic.
